Comparison of Lamina Cribrosa Curvature in Pseudoexfoliation and Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma

PurposeTo compare lamina cribrosa curvature (LCC) in pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (PXG) and primary open-angle (POAG) to elucidate the factors associated with LCC both groups.DesignRetrospective, cross-sectional study.MethodForty eyes PXG visual field mean deviation–matched 40 POAG were included. Spectral domain optical coherence tomography enhanced depth imaging was used acquire LC images. The index (LCCI) calculated as depth/LCC width × 100. Calculated LCCI values compared between groups.
